Mrs. Trish Green is an Assistant Professor at Bond University's Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine, affiliated with the Translational Simulation Collaborative. She holds a Master of Health Care Research (Griffith University, 2014), Master of Clinical Practice (Western Sydney University, 2001), and Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing (Southern Cross University, 1995). Her research focuses on healthcare systems optimization, medical education innovation, and simulation-based training.
Her work emphasizes improving clinical competency through simulated participant programs and interprofessional education. Key projects include developing benchmarks for simulated training programs and evaluating medical student competency frameworks using Delphi methodologies.
