Dr. Tram Nguyen is a Lecturer in Supply Chain Management at RMIT University's Department of Accounting, Info Sys & Supply Chain. She earned her PhD from the University of Liverpool, UK, in 2019, supported by the Vietnamese Government, British Council, and European Commission. Her research focuses on global supply chain management, food supply systems, innovation, and digital logistics transformation. She has contributed to peer-reviewed journals, a book titled *Towards Safer Global Food Supply Chains* (Palgrave MacMillan), and Springer Nature chapters. Dr. Nguyen actively collaborates with industry as a consultant and researcher, bridging academia and business. She champions student-centered teaching, emphasizing active engagement and work-integrated learning in Business and Management.
