Dr. Elsie Hooi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Info Sys & Supply Chain at RMIT University's City Campus in Australia. Her research focuses on supply chain optimization, logistics management, organizational leadership in cross-cultural contexts, and data-driven public sector innovation. She actively contributes to the academic community through committee roles such as membership in the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia since 2006.
Her research spans diverse topics including supermarket inventory management, library logistics systems, and comparative leadership studies between Singaporean and Thai organizations. Dr. Hooi has supervised research projects like the Digital Transformation in Warehousing: A Case of Saudi Arabia (2019).
