Tracy Yue Wang is the John Spooner Professor of Finance at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Her research focuses on corporate governance, law and economics, and behavioral finance, with particular interest in the impact of social trends like ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), income inequality, and ideological polarization on corporate finance and governance.

She also investigates household stock market participation following corporate scandals, management risk and its impact on corporate decisions, and behavioral finance aspects of CEO decision-making under uncertainty.
