Tracy Jennings serves as a Teaching Professor and RK Landmark Faculty Scholar at the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business within the Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics department. She also holds the position of Faculty Director for Graduate Distance & Online Learning, where she leverages her extensive background in cognitive psychology and user experience design to develop innovative educational systems.

Professor Jennings' research and teaching focus spans organizational behavior, human resources management, and the application of cognitive psychology principles to business education. She has made significant contributions to the integration of cognitive science principles into business curriculum design and delivery.

As Faculty Director of Distance and Online Learning, Jennings has led major initiatives including videography production, instructional design, and implementation of consistent online class interfaces for Leeds Graduate programs since 2018. She created Leeds's first Coursera MOOC and co-developed the online summer Business Minor. During the pandemic, she provided critical leadership in faculty training workshops and video production support, helping the institution rapidly transition to effective remote instruction while maintaining academic quality.
