Vijay Khatri serves as the Tandean Rustandy Endowed Dean of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, representing the first endowed deanship at the university. He is a Professor in the Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics department, bringing extensive academic leadership experience from his previous position at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
His research interests focus on the information economy, encompassing the design, management, governance, and use of data repositories through data analytics. Khatri's work spans business analytics, data governance, cognitive processing in conceptual modeling, and usability of digital platforms. His research provides valuable insights into how organizations can leverage data for business success and improves understanding of cognitive mechanisms in database design.
