Tony Polack is an Associate Professor in Business Management at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia (UEA). He holds a BSc Hons in Environmental Science and an MBA from UEA. His full-time academic role includes teaching modules such as Management Consulting and Development, Marketing and Strategy, and Managing People and Organisations. He has extensive experience in the charitable sector, including roles at Norfolk Wildlife Trust and UEA’s Faculty of Science.

Research Interests: Focuses on transferring business skills to non-profit sectors and exploring environmental reputation in SMEs. He investigates how marketing strategies in SMEs align with energy conservation and ethical practices.
Initiatives: Launched the Do Good Campaign (2014) to connect students with local charities and pioneered the Graduate Trainee Management Scheme (2012). Organized programs like the IFAG BEES Programme and the Aramco Conference.
Contributions to UN SDGs: His work aligns with global sustainability goals, particularly in environmental responsibility and responsible consumption.
