Jenni Turner is an Associate Professor at the School of Environmental Sciences, University of East Anglia (UEA). She specializes in tectonics of continental rifting (Gulf of Corinth, Greece) and Quaternary paleoclimate studies in the UK and Mediterranean. Her teaching focuses on Earth Sciences modules and employability skills for students across disciplines. She holds a PhD from UEA (2008) and MSc from Royal Holloway, University of London (2004).

Her research integrates fieldwork, sedimentology, and modeling to study rift evolution and climate change. Collaborations include Athens University and Bergen University. She supervises PhD students exploring fluid dynamics of fault zones and marine fossil paleoclimate records.
Teaching initiatives include employability training for UEA's SCI faculty students and field courses in Greece, Ireland, and Wales. She contributed to 15 industry placements with Norfolk County Council, enhancing student professional development.
