Kevan Williams is an Associate Professor of Strategy at the Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia (UEA). His teaching focuses on strategy, marketing, leadership, and sales across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programs, including full-time MBA, Executive MBA (part-time), and Senior Leaders Degree Apprenticeship. He has held senior administrative roles as Associate Dean of Admissions for the Faculty of Social Sciences and previously as Director of Admissions and Director of Enterprise within the Business School. Williams also led the development of innovative cross-faculty programs like the world's first MBA in Strategic Carbon Management and MSc Enterprise and Business Creation.

He also engages in consultancy and training through international programs like the IFAG School of Management's summer schools and Business English seminars.
Key collaborations include projects with institutions such as the University of Lincoln and IFAG School of Management, spanning activities like curriculum development, business training, and academic governance. His career reflects a blend of academia and industry, informed by 14 years of part-time study while working in diverse sectors, including manufacturing, higher education, and public administration.
