Tong Guo is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, with a courtesy appointment in the Department of Economics. Her research focuses on the causal role of information in marketing, particularly in healthcare, technology, and consumer protection. She employs econometrics, machine learning, and experimental methods to study topics like misinformation effects, healthcare marketing, and policy implications.
