Tomasz Małyszek is a Professor at the University of Wrocław, serving as Director of the Institute of Germanic Philology and Head of the Department of German Literature after 1945. He was promoted from Associate Professor (2005) to full Professor in 2012 after habilitating in 2004.
His research centers on German literature after 1945, literary aesthetics, and Germanic philological studies, with demonstrated expertise in aphorism analysis and cultural perspectives as evidenced by his involvement in upcoming conferences like MAGNUM IN PARVO. His scholarly focus bridges literary theory and contemporary cultural studies within German-speaking contexts.
