Tom Kaspers is a Collegiate Assistant Professor and Harper-Schmidt Fellow at the University of Chicago. He earned his PhD from the University of St Andrews and University of Stirling in 2023, an MA from University of St Andrews in 2019, and a BA from University of Amsterdam in 2018.

Research Focus: Exploring truth, rationality, and objectivity from a pragmatist perspective, with emphasis on philosophical practices and epistemological frameworks in theoretical philosophy. His work challenges traditional assumptions about philosophical aims and progress.
Recent Publications address truth theories, alethic pluralism, and social epistemological implications of metaphilosophy, reflecting his interdisciplinary approach across epistemology and philosophy of language.
