Tom Burke

Tom Burke is the Ralph Emerson and Alice Freeman Palmer Professor of Political Science at Wellesley College, specializing in the intersection of law, rights, and political institutions in the United States. His research investigates how courts, litigation, and legal reasoning shape public policy and political dynamics, with a focus on disability rights, health policy, and campaign finance regulation.
