Titilayo O. Oshodi

Dr Titilayo O. Oshodi is a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing at the University of Greenwich's School of Health Sciences. She holds a PhD from the University of Greenwich where she researched nursing work environments in England using mixed methods. With extensive clinical experience in acute medical/surgical care and critical care, she previously served as Senior Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University and worked at King's College Hospital (part-time and full-time), Maidstone Hospital, and Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust.

Her research focuses on nursing environments, healthcare systems, and clinical care practices. She employs sequential explanatory mixed-methods designs to investigate workplace dynamics in healthcare settings.
