Eimear Cardwell

Eimear Cardwell is a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing at the University of Greenwich's School of Health Sciences, bringing extensive clinical experience from senior positions in NHS emergency departments including roles at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, South London Healthcare NHS Trust, and Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust.

Her research focuses on emergency care education and practice, with particular expertise in trauma management and resuscitation training as an Advanced Life Support instructor. Current investigations examine workforce retention strategies in emergency healthcare settings.
