Timothy T. Hsieh is an Associate Professor of Law at Oklahoma City University School of Law, specializing in Intellectual Property (IP), Technology Law, and Antitrust. He holds advanced degrees in Law and Electrical Engineering, including a J.D. from UC Hastings, an LL.M. in Law & Technology from UC Berkeley, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. His research focuses on patent law, blockchain/AI legal frameworks, IP hybrids, and Asian American legal studies.
