Timothy J. Tardiff is a Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of Economics at Northeastern University's College of Social Sciences and Humanities. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. His expertise spans telecommunications economics, regulatory policy, and antitrust issues, with extensive consulting and expert witness experience in telecommunications, software, transportation, energy, and public utility industries. He is teaching Econ 2350 (Statistics for Economists) in Fall 2024.
Dr. Tardiff's research focuses on pricing and costing dynamics in competitive service markets, including wireless and traditional wireline services. His work bridges legal, regulatory, and economic dimensions across multiple industries. He is affiliated with Northeastern University's 355 Holmes Hall in Boston, MA.
