Timothy H Profeta is an Associate Professor at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy and a senior fellow at the Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment & Sustainability. He specializes in climate change and energy policy, with a focus on the Clean Air Act and adaptive environmental regulation.
