Timothy Flanagan

Timothy Flanagan is a Term Teaching Professor at Notre Dame Law School and serves as Senior Associate General Counsel for the University of Notre Dame. He leads the Research, Intellectual Property, and Transactions Team, specializing in copyright, patent, and trademark protection, cybersecurity law, technology commercialization, and contract matters.
