Timothy K. Sendek serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign while maintaining an active partnership at Akerman LLP in Chicago, specializing in high-stakes intellectual property litigation across federal courts, the International Trade Commission, and USPTO proceedings.

Mr. Sendek's expertise centers on patent, trademark, and copyright disputes with deep experience in automotive, electronics, food and beverage, and consumer goods technologies.
