Tim Legrand

Tim Legrand is Professor of International Security at the University of Adelaide and Associate Dean (Research Performance) for the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Birmingham (2008) and has held positions at ANU and Griffith University.

Research Expertise: Legrand's work examines global security challenges, including terrorism, sanctions, digital threats, and transgovernmental networks. His ARC-funded projects analyze blacklisting regimes and security collaboration across Anglophone states.

Publication Trends: Recent articles focus on policy failure mechanisms, alliance security architectures, and counter-terrorism legislation, reflecting interdisciplinary approaches to global governance.
