Thomas Weber

Thomas Weber is a Professor of History and International Affairs at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and Director of its Centre for Global Security and Governance. He holds an associate fellowship at the University of Bonn's CASSIS and is a senior associate at the Munk School's Centre for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies. He earned his DPhil from the University of Oxford in 2003. His research focuses on European, international, and global political history from the 19th century to the present, with particular expertise in Nazi origins, World War I, and interwar diplomacy.
