Thomas Straub is a Professor of International Management at the Geneva School of Economics and Management (GSEM), University of Geneva. He serves as Director of Executive Education overseeing over 700 participants across 25+ programs (EMBA/MAS/DAS/CAS), and Director of the Master of Science in Responsible Management. He concurrently holds the role of Permanent Visiting Professor and chairs the UNESCO Department’s International Scientific Committee at the University of Bucharest.
**Education:** PhD in Economic and Social Sciences (2006) from HEC Geneva (now GSEM), followed by administrative science degrees from University of Konstanz (Germany) and Sciences Po Grenoble (France).
**Research Focus:** Strategic management, corporate/social entrepreneurship, organizational development, and NGO performance assessment. Key projects include Swiss National Science Foundation-funded studies on M&A law comparisons and NGO governance in post-communist regions.
