Thomas Morton is a Researcher and Research Associate at the Association for Dementia Studies (ADS) within the School of Health and Wellbeing at the University of Worcester. His work focuses on sustaining community-based interventions for people affected by dementia, employing realist research methodologies to analyze complex human systems using mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative).

His projects emphasize practical guidance development for family carers and stakeholders.
