Dr Theodora Hadjimichael is a Lecturer in Ancient Greek Literature at the Department of Classics, Ancient History and Archaeology, University of Birmingham. She holds a PhD from University College London and has held academic positions at institutions including Middlesex University, Radboud University Nijmegen, Open University of Cyprus, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, University of Warwick, and University of Edinburgh.

Her research focuses on Greek intellectual culture, particularly the canonization and transmission of Greek lyric poetry in antiquity. Her work also spans ancient literary criticism and the Peripatetic school's contributions to cultural history.
