Keyne Cheshire is the Joel O. Conarroe Professor of Classics at Davidson College, where he has taught ancient Greek and Latin languages and literature since 2002. His work bridges classical antiquity with interdisciplinary perspectives, emphasizing its relevance beyond traditional Western frameworks.

Keyne actively contributes to academic service through leadership roles in classical associations and advocates for accessibility in classical studies. Outside academia, he pursues beekeeping, ultimate frisbee, and shoeless running, drawing connections to ancient practices.
