Thayaparan Gajendran

Associate Professor Thayaparan Gajendran serves as Head of the School of Architecture and Built Environment at the University of Newcastle. With expertise in construction management and disaster risk reduction, he applies a sociological lens to study organizational cultures, ICT integration, and innovation in project-based industries. His work bridges construction and disaster management, emphasizing evidence-based solutions for improved community resilience.
