Hasanga Keshan Dharmadasa

Hasanga Keshan Dharmadasa serves as a Project Researcher at THINKlab, University of Salford, and is concurrently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the Department of Building Economics at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) first-class degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa.

His academic qualifications include:

Mr. Dharmadasa's research centers on Disaster Risk Management and Construction Management, with specific emphasis on capacity assessment for resource optimization in disaster-resilient built environments. His current work under the TRANSCEND project involves systematic literature review to identify disaster-resilient models and aims to develop a quantitative tool for resource requirement assessment in disaster-prone regions, targeting technology-driven solutions for societal resilience.

He is actively engaged with THINKlab at the University of Salford, contributing to research initiatives focused on resilient infrastructure and sustainable urban development through stakeholder engagement frameworks.
