Dr. Kaushal Keraminiyage is a Reader in Quantity Surveying at the University of Salford with over 15 years of academic experience across the UK and Sri Lanka. He specializes in disaster risk management, urban resilience planning, and post-disaster reconstruction. Active in competitive research funding, he has secured over £600,000 in grants, leading projects like RECADOS-TM (Erasmus+ funded) and RenoZEB (Horizon 2020). His work emphasizes resettlement integration, risk assessment methodologies, and collaborative stakeholder frameworks.
Research interests include disaster-induced relocation dynamics, complexity in project management, and disaster-resilient infrastructure.
