Terry Rose

Terry Rose is an Assistant Professor in the School of Teaching and Learning at Western Carolina University, affiliated with the former Department of Elementary and Middle Grades Education. They hold a Doctor of Education (EDD), Master of Science (MS), and Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Their research focuses on developing non-routine mathematics problem-solving strategies and enhancing mathematics conceptual understanding in elementary and middle school students. Teaching interests include mathematics methods for inservice and preservice teachers across undergraduate and graduate programs.
