Terri Parker

Terri Parker, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Yale School of Medicine and the Assistant Medical Director at Smilow Cancer Hospital, North Haven. Her expertise lies in hematology and oncology, with a focus on plasma cell dyscrasias, including multiple myeloma, AL amyloidosis, and related disorders. Dr. Parker completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Connecticut and fellowships in hematology/oncology and hospice/palliative medicine at Yale. She serves on the Protocol Review Committee (PRC) at Yale Cancer Center and co-chairs the Multiple Myeloma Committee for ClinicalPath. Her research emphasizes novel therapies and clinical trials targeting AL amyloidosis and relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.

Dr. Parker’s education includes a BS from the University of Pittsburgh (2001), MD from St. George’s University (2005), residency at the University of Connecticut (2008), and fellowships at Yale (2012). She has contributed to over 35 peer-reviewed publications and actively participates in professional organizations like the American Society of Hematology. Her awards include the David S. Fischer Teaching Award for mentoring fellows in medical oncology.
