Professor Terrance Johns is an Adjunct Professor at the UWA Medical School, affiliated with the UWA Centre for Child Health Research (part of The Kids Research Institute Australia). His research focuses on oncology, neuro-oncology, and cancer therapeutics, with emphasis on pediatric cancers like medulloblastoma and adult malignancies such as glioblastoma.
His work spans drug development (e.g., OLIG2 inhibitors, anti-VEGF antibodies), surgical innovations (e.g., hydrogel-based cancer prevention), and clinical trial strategies for brain tumors.
