Dr. Terence Flynn is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies & Media Arts at McMaster University. He serves as the founding graduate director of the McMaster Master of Communications Management program, bridging academic research and professional practice. With a PhD from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, he transitioned to academia following a 20-year consulting career specializing in crisis communications for organizations including CN Railway, Toyota Canada, and the U.S. Navy.
