Dr. Tenika Jackson is a licensed clinical psychologist, professor, community activist, and consultant at Antioch University. She specializes in multicultural community clinical issues, with a focus on unserved populations, children and adolescents, and LGBTQ+ youth.
- Master’s in Business Administration – Finance Emphasis, The University of Redlands
- PsyD in Clinical Psychology – Multicultural Community Proficiency, California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University
- BS in Clinical Psychology – Multicultural Community Proficiency, Xavier University of Louisiana
Her research and practice emphasize social justice, experiential diversity training, and mental health program development. She has held progressive management roles, including Director for residential treatment programs and Senior Director of Community Mental Health programs.

Dr. Jackson is actively involved in professional affiliations such as the American Psychological Association, NAACP, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She has facilitated workshops on LGBTQ+ client treatment, domestic violence, and ableism at institutions like the APA Convention, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and Pepperdine University.
