Tatiana Geron is a Research & Evaluation Fellow at the Edmond and Lily Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University. Her work focuses on ethical dilemmas in educational policy implementation and the application of qualitative research methods to political philosophy theory. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from Harvard (2023) and previously served as a Graduate Fellow at the same Center (2022-2023). Prior to her academic career, she taught Social Studies and English Language Arts in Boston and Brooklyn.
Her research bridges classroom-level teacher decision-making with broader educational policy, emphasizing how ethical considerations shape pedagogical practices. Published work appears in Harvard Educational Review, AERA Open, Teaching and Teacher Education, and Educational Theory. Current roles include membership in the Center's Associates and Initiative Fellows programs.
