Honorary Professor Tariq Durrani is affiliated with the University of Stirling’s Computing Science department. Previously, he served as a Lecturer (1976) and Professor of Signal Processing (1982–) at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, holding leadership roles such as Head of the Department of EEE (1986–1990) and Deputy Principal (2000–2006). His research focuses on Statistical Signal and Image Processing, Technology Management, and Higher Education Management.
