Tania Saba is a Full Professor at the École de relations industrielles within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the Université de Montréal. She holds the BMO Chair in Diversity and Governance and is affiliated with the CRIMT and CÉRIUM research centers. Her academic roles include Vice-Dean of Undergraduate Studies (2010–2012) and Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (2015–2017). She is also a key figure in Quebec’s research initiatives, leading projects like the Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub.
Her research focuses on workforce aging, retirement strategies, intergenerational dynamics, and international HR practices in multinational corporations. She has supervised over 30 graduate theses, addressing topics such as telework during the pandemic, Black immigrant women’s career success, and knowledge transfer in global organizations.
Her work spans 60+ publications, including seminal books like Gestion des ressources humaines: tendances, enjeux et pratiques actuelles. Awards include the Emerald Management Reviews’ Citation of Excellence and Verity International Prize. Recent projects address diversity in SMEs, AI-driven HR tasks, and sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystems.
