Dr. Tammy Beck is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she joined in 2014. Her research focuses on strategic management, interorganizational collaboration, and organizational resilience, utilizing qualitative methods to study complex organizational dynamics.
