Tamara Kaliszewski is an Assistant Professor in Residence in the Department of Allied Health Sciences at the University of Connecticut's Waterbury campus. She holds a master’s degree from George Washington University’s Physician Assistant program and has 12 years of clinical experience specializing in neurology, orthopedics, and chronic pain management. At UConn, she advises undergraduate students, teaches courses in the Allied Health major, and coordinates healthcare experiential learning opportunities.
Her research focuses on health education methodologies and clinical practice applications, particularly in neurology and chronic pain management. She emphasizes practical healthcare training and curriculum development for undergraduate students.
Kaliszewski contributes to academic advising and healthcare workforce preparation through experiential learning coordination.
