Sylvian Fachard is a Full Professor of Classical Archaeology at the Institute of Archaeology and Ancient Sciences, Faculty of Arts, University of Lausanne (UNIL), where he began his duties on August 1, 2020. Since April 1, 2021, he has also served as Director of the Swiss School of Archaeology in Greece, administratively headquartered at UNIL.
