Suzanne Tinsley

Suzanne Tinsley is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Division of Physical Therapy at LSU Health Sciences Center. Her expertise spans pharmacology and neuro-rehabilitation, with a focus on enhancing clinical practice through pharmacological education.

• B.S. in Biology from Texas Women’s University
• M.S. in Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University
• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Neuroscience from Louisiana State University Health – Shreveport

Her research interests revolve around integrating pharmacology into physical therapy education and advancing neurological rehabilitation practices. Professionally, she holds the position of Assistant Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement at LSU Health Sciences Center, driving initiatives to elevate the academic health center’s impact.
