Suzanne Bullard serves as Director and Department Chair of the Suzuki School within the University of Northern Iowa's School of Music, where she is a cello instructor using the Suzuki method. She joined the faculty in January 2002 and assumed the directorship in 2015, maintaining a studio of 25-30 students aged 3 through adult while directing the cello choir and teaching group classes.

Prior to her current role, Bullard taught at Wartburg College (2014-2016), maintained private studios in New York and Massachusetts, and instructed for the Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory Preparatory Division.
