Dominique Cawley serves as a Senior Lecturer in Music at Wartburg College, specializing in flute instruction and music theory curriculum development.
Her academic foundation includes:

Ms. Cawley's professional expertise spans flute performance, music theory pedagogy, woodwind ensemble techniques, orchestral repertoire, and chamber music collaboration. As an active performer, she holds positions as piccoloist with the Cedar Valley Municipal Band and principal flutist with the Cedar Falls Municipal Band, while also substituting for the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Symphony Orchestra. Her chamber music experience includes extensive work with the con brio Consort (woodwind quintet) and guitarist Bob Dunn.
She maintains a private flute studio in Cedar Falls, Iowa, and previously chaired the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Symphony Orchestra's Young Artist Concerto Competition. Professional development highlights include master classes with renowned artists:
