Susanne Grimm

Susanne Grimm is a part-time lecturer (Lehrbeauftragte) at the Law Faculty of the University of Tübingen since 2018, teaching Copyright Law, and at Hochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt since 2017, focusing on Competition and Design Law. She is a qualified attorney (Rechtsanwältin) specializing in intellectual property, copyright, and data protection law at Rödl & Partner, Stuttgart (since 2022), and previously at Löffler-Wenzel-Sedelmeier PartG mbB (2017-2022).

• Research Interests: Intellectual Property Law, Copyright Law, Competition Law, Data Protection Law, Trademark Law, and Legal Informatics.
• Education: Dr. iur. (PhD in Law, 2008), Referendariat (Legal Clerkship) in Wiesbaden, and law degree from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
• Publications: Legal commentaries on trademark disputes, design protection, data privacy, and competition law cases in GRUR-Prax and Nomos.
• Professional Affiliations: Certified specialist (Fachanwältin) for Intellectual Property since 2013; member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR).
