Susan Marki

Susan Marki is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Graduate Industrial Design, teaching entrepreneurship-focused courses like M6 Studio (Thesis) and M5 Studio (Thesis). She combines academic instruction with extensive professional experience in finance and entrepreneurship. Previously, she worked at institutions such as The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Citibank, Credit Suisse, and Bankers Trust, specializing in derivatives trading and risk management. She founded The Derivatives Research Group, LLC, to advise corporate clients on hedging strategies, followed by Marki Financial Services, LLC, focusing on family and small business financial planning.

Her research interests span financial market dynamics, structured derivatives, and innovative approaches to wealth management.
