Research Interests:
Lynch's work integrates microbiome analysis with clinical outcomes, emphasizing:
- Microbiome-immunity interactions in asthma/allergy prevention
- Gut-lung axis mechanisms in respiratory disease
- Microbial therapeutics for immune modulation
- Preterm birth prediction via microbiome signatures
Key Achievements:
- Fellow of the American Academy of Microbiology
- Founder of Siolta Therapeutics (microbiome-based allergy prevention)
- Recipient of major grants from NIH, including the ECHO Program and I AM GOLD Study
- Over 200 peer-reviewed publications and multiple patents
