Susan Creasey

Susan Creasey is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Western Illinois University (WIU), affiliated with the College of Business and Technology and the School of Management and Marketing. She teaches courses in Marketing Principles, Service Marketing, Retailing Management, Consumer Behavior, and Business & Technology in a Global Society.

Her research and teaching interests focus on marketing fundamentals, service marketing dynamics, retail management strategies, consumer decision-making processes, and global business-technology integration. She actively engages with the Macomb Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development, supporting local retailers and organizations in marketing activities. As Faculty Advisor for the Marketing Club and Ecuador Study Abroad Faculty Representative, she emphasizes experiential learning and international exposure.
