Susan Bisom-Rapp

Susan Bisom-Rapp is the Dean Steven R. Smith Professor of Law at California Western School of Law, specializing in international and comparative workplace law. Her work explores globalization, equal employment opportunity, occupational safety and health, and the gig economy. She has held leadership roles, including Vice Dean for Academic Affairs (2022–2023), Chair of the AALS Section on Women in Legal Education (2021), and membership in the Labor Law Group (2024) and the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (Fellow, 2025).
