Dr. Surendra Thakur (Colin) is a Director at the NEMISA KZN e-Skills CoLab at Durban University of Technology (DUT), specializing in e-voting, e-democracy, and digitalization. He holds a DTech in Information Technology with research on secure mobile internet voting and has served on executive forums like EXCO and SENATE at DUT.
