Sue Fox

Sue Fox is a Lecturer in Photography at the School of Digital Arts (SODA), Manchester Metropolitan University. With a career spanning over two decades, she has taught BA Photography, Film & Media BA, and MA Media Arts programs, specializing in subversive themes around sex and death. Her work bridges academic instruction with avant-garde practice through one-to-one tutorials, industry collaborations, and unconventional artistic fieldwork.

Research Focus: Fox's work interrogates the intersections of taboo, corporeal representation, and transgressive art.
